Shipping policy

Environmental policy:

I work with a fully end-to-end carbon neutral printing partner, so all prints and framed artwork (including their delivery) are certified carbon neutral.

All papers and wood-based materials come from sustainable sources certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). Packaging materials have been carefully selected to reduce environmental impact while ensuring your artwork reaches you in perfect condition. Plastics are kept to a minimum and all packaging materials are sustainably sourced and made from a mix of recycled, recyclable or biodegradable materials.

Shipment:

We offer worldwide shipping on all prints and framed artworks to almost every country in the world. If your address is not accepted at checkout, please contact us and we will try to find a solution.

Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. After that, they should arrive in the UK or Europe in 1 to 4 days, in North America in 2 to 5 days, and in Australia/New Zealand in 5 to 7 days. Other destinations may vary - please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You will receive a tracking number via email after shipping. All shipments are made via the most efficient and cost-effective shipping route, via Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, DHL.

Customs service:

We offer duty-free shipping to the US, UK, and EU. Customers in other countries may need to pay a customs clearance fee depending on your delivery port.

Returns for damaged or lost artworks:

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged artwork, please contact us within 48 hours with images of the damage. Once confirmed, we will endeavor to replace the edition free of charge.

If we are unable to replace the edition, we will arrange a refund once we have received the damaged artwork and the corresponding certificate of authenticity (if applicable).
